Director Andrea Arnold?s Wuthering Heights Movie Trailer Revealed

Taking on an adaption like Wuthering Heights isn’t an easy task. Bringing the classic to the big screen once again, get a look at director Andrea Arnold’s remake on the love story below and tell us what you think. The first trailer for director Andrea Arnold?s adaption of the classic Wuthering Heights has been revealed. Recently making its debut on the festival circuit, Wuthering was seen at the Toronto Film Fest, scoring a mix of love it/hate it opinions. Either way, the cast of lead star James Howson, Kaya Scodelario, Steve Evets, and Nichola Burley, makes it worth the look. Recently picked up by Oscilloscope Laboratories with a distribution deal in the works, Arnold says that making the movie became an obsession for her, a new adaption she showcases with “all the pain and violence and spit and blood.” The official synopsis – “In a remote farmhouse on Yorkshire?s nineteenth-century moors, Mr. Earnshaw brings home a wary biracial boy, whom he names Heathcliff. Adopted into the family under Christian values, Heathcliff?s new presence is met with mixed feelings.
