Iowa Museum Mounts Civil War Exhibit

The State Historical Museum in Des Moines recounts the first-hand experiences of Iowans at war and the communities that supported them in Iowa and the Civil War: Nothing But Victory. More than 300 artifacts and documents, including cannons, guns, swords and battle flags, are on display in the 10,000-square-foot exhibition through April 2013. (iowahistory.org)
