Taking their turn in the southern France spotlight, the stars of "On The Road" joined together for their movie's photocall during the 65th Annual Cannes Film Festival on Wednesday (May 22).
With leading lady Kristen Stewart a main attraction at the Palais des Festivals venue, the "Twilight" beauty was joined at the pre-premiere press event by co-stars/real life couple Garrett Hedlund and Kirsten Dunst, as well as Viggo Mortensen, Tom Sturridge and Sam Riley.
As for their theatrical offering, the Walter Salles directed film sees "Dean and Sal as the portrait of the Beat Generation. Their search for 'It' results in a fast paced, energetic roller coaster ride with highs and lows throughout the U.S."
Of the Jack Kerouac book based project, Miss Stewart previously voiced nothing but praise, as she said, "It was everything I wanted it to be. It exceeded every expectation. It was so much fun. It was wild. We didn't really know what to expect every day."
Due out later this year, "On The Road" boasts a powerful cast also including Amy Adams, Elisabeth Moss, Terrence Howard and Steve Buscemi.
